Products will be delivered within 5-10 days, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or inquiries, please contact us at 9315755075. Please note that delivery times may be affected if we do not receive the following information on time:

1. Complete payment
2. Incorrect or incomplete address details
3. Required measurements (for customized items)
4. No response from the customer

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your products. To expedite the process, we work with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party service providers.

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. For domestic (India) orders, shipping is free and completely borne by us. For international orders, shipping charges will apply and will be based on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination country. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry.

TAXES & DUTIES

The product prices displayed on our website are at the maximum retail price (MRP). For international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the displayed product prices are exclusive of import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and charges imposed by your country. These must be paid at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
